How I work.

What working together looks like.

First, we talk through your situation. Then I investigate where the work gets stuck and what needs to change. If it makes sense to put that change into practice, I can do that too.

First conversation.

First, see whether I can help.

Tell me what is happening and what you are noticing. For example: orders are sitting too long, information is being entered again, or questions keep landing with the same colleague.

You do not need to know the cause or the solution yet. We look at whether I can help and whether we want to work together.

If we choose to move forward, we agree what I will investigate, what you will receive, and what it will cost. The paid investigation only begins after you approve it.

Paid investigation.

From a clear problem to a recommended way forward.

What you receive and can decide

You already know something is wrong. The investigation shows which response makes sense. You get the options and my recommendation: change how the work is done or owned, set up existing software differently, connect systems, build custom software, or do nothing. For each option, you see cost, ownership, and remaining dependencies. Then you can choose deliberately.

The focused investigation costs €2,500 excluding VAT and includes up to 20 hours of my time. Within that time, I investigate one important workflow. You then receive a clear comparison and my advice on the best next step.

Part of that time is spent in conversations and working sessions with a decision-maker and up to three people who know the work. I do the rest independently. Before we begin, we agree who needs to be involved, when, and when you will receive the outcome.

How I investigate

With the people who do the work, I trace one workflow from start to finish, for example from an inquiry to a quote. We use recent examples to pinpoint where information goes missing, gets re-entered, or needs another check. We also look at what happens when exceptions arise.

What I need from you

I need recent examples from day-to-day work. We limit access to data and systems to what is necessary.

The outcome of the investigation stands on its own. You can use it with me, your own team, or another provider.

What is included in the investigation?

Possible delivery.

I can also design and build the chosen solution myself.

If the investigation shows that something needs to change, I can also design and deliver the work. For a technical path, I set up existing software differently, connect systems, or build custom software.

You receive a separate proposal. It says what each step must deliver, what it costs, how long it will take, what I need from your team, and who decides. It also sets the point at which we stop or change course, plus the ownership, documentation, maintenance, and handover arrangements. Work begins only after you approve it.

What we build belongs to you

I work in systems and accounts managed by your organization. As we work, I document how everything works, the decisions made, and what has been tested.

That keeps the knowledge from staying with me. Your team, another specialist, or an AI assistant can continue from there.

You work directly with me. If specialist expertise is needed, we discuss that up front. If something already works well, there is no need to replace it.

The first step.

Which work keeps taking extra effort from your team?

Tell me about one specific situation. Then we can see whether I can help.
